2. Data we process

Through the contact form on this website we collect the data you voluntarily provide:name, email address, company(optional) and the content of your message. We do not use profiling cookies or advertising trackers.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed solely to respond to your request and for any follow-up contact. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Provision of data

Providing your name, email and message is necessary for us to reply: without them we cannot process your request. The company field is optional.

5. Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and, thereafter, for a maximum of 24 months, unless a contractual relationship arises or longer retention is required by law.

6. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by technology providers acting as data processors:

• Supabase — database storing the requests (servers in the European Union, Frankfurt);
• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery;
• Google Workspace — company email.

Data is never disclosed or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions.

8. Your rights

You may exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as withdrawal of consent (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out). To exercise them, write to[email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

9. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use profiling, analytics or advertising cookiesand therefore requires no consent banner. Typefaces are hosted on our own domain, so displaying them involves no connection to third-party servers.

Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site may be present, set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to protect against automated traffic. In the private area, sign-in uses local browser storage needed to keep the authenticated session.

11. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Requests sent through the form are stored in a restricted-access database and are not publicly readable.

12. Changes to this notice

The Controller may update this notice to reflect legal or organisational changes. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
